Ph.D. in Physics

MCA Overview

About the Programme

The Research and Development centre is one of the Research programs run by the Department of Physics. The program is approved by AICTE, Government of Karnataka and is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Karnataka. Research and development (R&D) is the process of exploring new ideas and technologies to innovate and improve products or solutions. It combines experimentation and testing to create practical applications. R&D is essential for driving growth, competitiveness, and efficiency across industries.Research centres in physics play a crucial role in expanding our understanding of the universe and its laws. They facilitate the development of new technologies that can improve our daily life and contribute to various industries. By fostering collaboration among researchers, they create a dynamic environment for innovation and discovery. Additionally, these centres provide essential training for students and emerging scientists, preparing them to tackle future scientific challenges.
